Refunds and Cancellations
Skill-Play Studios does not provide any warranties for its services and products. Purchases of virtual goods, in-app purchases, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
However, in certain exceptional circumstances, Skill-Play Studios may, at its sole discretion, choose to provide a refund. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with your claim and we will review it. When submitting a refund request, please provide the following details:

Please note that if a refund is granted, your access to the refunded product or service may be revoked.
Also, please be aware that if you initiate a dispute with your bank or financial institution (a "chargeback"), we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute has been resolved.
Any abuse of this refund policy, as determined by Skill-Play Studios in its sole discretion, may result in a suspension of your account.
